Six Sigma Green Belt Course

Course Description: Our Six Sigma Green Belt course follows the DMAIC process model. The course is designed to meet the requirements of American Society for Quality's Certified Six Sigma Green Belt body of knowledge. The course outline (and the number of contact hours) is shown below. The complete program requires 80 contact hours. Students perform tasks for their Green Belt projects in synchrony with the course material. The course is usually taught in two four-hour sessions per week for ten weeks. Students who complete the course are strongly encouraged to pursue certification as an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
